How a Typical Program Works
Preparation
We take your target profile and build an initial list from our 26,754 database of paying customers, Opt-ins and compiled lists that we’ve sourced and vetted.
Our Data team pulls a tailored segment of this list based on engagement and potential interest in your content or offering and loads into our call center software.
Conversations
Our LDRs make outbound calls on behalf of one of our B2B brands (or the client is desired) and introduce your company and campaign content asset to the prospect.
- We determine interest for the topic and your offering.
- We capture predefined lead intelligence and call notes.
- We email the content asset to the prospect while we have them on the phone and confirm they received and opened it.
- We gather affirmative permission for the client to follow up with the prospect.
Qualification & Quality Control
During these conversations, we disqualify more prospects than we send through as leads. We typically disqualify 40-60% of all prospects we speak with.
We record every call and at the end of each day our Quality Control (QC) team performs additional quality control.
- We listen to 1 out of every 3 calls by each LDR. If the QC team hears a bad call they will listen to every call for that rep.
- The QC team is verifying each rep adhered to the campaign call guide, captured all lead intelligence data accurately, prospect interest and tone, and received permission for client follow-up.
- Each day our QA team disqualifies an additional 2-5% of all leads generated that day.
We also run every lead through a series of automated checks including email address validation and data hygiene and standardization.
All of this is done before we ever send a lead to you. Guaranteeing the highest lead quality possible.
